What a proper wash looks like
A rug isn't laundry. Every piece gets the same care we'd give our own collection:

Fibre, dye and condition check before anything touches water.

Deep dusting
Years of embedded dust beaten out — the step machines skip.

Hand wash
Gentle pH-neutral shampoo, worked by hand. Never tumbled.

Flat air-dry
Dried flat and away from direct sun so colours stay true.

Groomed, rolled and wrapped before it comes home.
If you're not happy with how your rug comes back, we'll wash it again — free. And we'll always tell you honestly what a wash can and can't fix before we start.
After your wash you'll get a code to share — friends save on their first order, and you earn credit toward your next one.

Good questions
Is hand washing safe for delicate or antique rugs?+
Yes — it's the only method we trust. Every rug is checked for dye stability and fibre condition first, and anything fragile is flagged with you on WhatsApp before we proceed.
How long does it take?+
Most rugs are back within about a week of pickup. You get a private tracking link the moment you book, so you always know where your rug is.
Do I pay anything now?+
No. You pay when your rug is back at your door — cash, Whish or OMT.
What if a stain doesn't come out?+
Some stains are permanent, but we'll always tell you honestly what's possible before we wash. And if you're not happy with the result, we re-wash it free.
Do you really pick up and deliver for free?+
Yes — pickup and delivery are included in the price everywhere we operate.
